Location was excellent, just 0.4 miles to old town. Lime Cantina is a few steps away from the hotel. The free Wi Fi was a cherry on top.

We stayed at Zephyr Mountain Lodge for my daughter's 5th birthday and had a wonderful time. The room was great for the price, with a comfortable bed and the most comfortable pull-out sofa our kids have ever slept on. We loved the proximity to the Gondolas and lifts, making it easy to access the discovery course and ski school. The deluxe unit was nicely remodeled, with a modern kitchen and bathroom. Even though some furnishings could use an upgrade, they were still in good condition. The unit was spacious and even had a locker for storing our snow equipment. The location was perfect for accessing restaurants and the hot tub was an added bonus.
Would recommend this hotel.

Clean comfortable room.Close to mountain for skiing.
Hot tub not easily accessable. Bathroom tub drain was clogging up. Parking wasn't paid or included in condo price and it was expensive.

We really enjoyed the family mountain bike trail and the village. The location was perfect for access to the mountain bike lift and the discovery course/ski school. The proximity to the gondolas and lifts was also a huge plus. The Deluxe unit had a nicely remodeled kitchen and bathroom, and the unit itself was spacious. We also appreciated having a locker for our snow equipment.
We felt most welcome and had no complaints whatsoever.

Beds were great and had a nice kitchen.
None of us could take a shower since there wasn't any hot water.

We had an awesome stay at Zephyr Mountain Lodge. We were there for Spring Break the last week of March. Our condo was clean, well decorated, and the location can't be beat. We were within easy walking distance to skiing, shopping, and restaurants. The service provided by Zephyr was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!
The only thing I would change is the location of the locker room door. If it faced toward the ski lifts rather than on the other side of the building, it would be more convenient.

Perfect location for ski school and easy access to restaurants. Enjoyed the daily hot tub. Slopeside units are as close as you can get to true ski in/out. Ski lockers and kitchen amenities were good. Best location at Winter Park with ski-in ability. Great shuttle service to Winter Park, which should not be discontinued.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The layout, fireplace and view were amazing. I like the decor, it felt like a nice home. I saw another room and it too was beautiful.
The beds were very uncomfortable. Another couple we were traveling with said the same about their mattress. They felt old and lumpy. The pillows were also old and very uncomfortable. We went to use the humidifier and it was moldy and very dirty.

We had a fantastic stay at Zephyr Mountain Lodge! The location was perfect, right at the foot of the mountain, providing us with a great view and the opportunity to watch the cyclists gear up for their downhill rides. We loved the convenience of having restaurants and services nearby, making it unnecessary for us to venture far. The recently remodeled two-bedroom unit was comfortable and well-equipped. The staff was helpful and provided us with extra towels and linens for our kids. We also appreciated the large and beautiful bathroom with a modern showerhead. we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this hotel!
Totally recommend this hotel.

It was a place to sleep. Loved the shuttle to and from town. Close to the skiing. Starbucks right outside.
Hot tubs not hot enough. $250+ a night is pricey. Long walk to the green run chairlifts. $14 a day for parking, never saw on the website. Garage very fumey from exhaust, then trickled into the elevators. Alot of guests had a hard time with ski locker keys not fitting perfectly.

Great location. Very convenient to skiing, village, and restaurants.
If you're condo faces the run "Corridor", snow cats (groomers) pass by late into the night, and ski patrol snowmobiles start going by at 6:00 in the morning.
